Great News! Thank you to all who have signed the petition. We officially presented your signatures to Upper Darby Township Council on May 21, 2008. We will continue to keep you posted on the progress towards single stream recycling at www.upperdarbyrecycle.org.

To:  Upper Darby Township Council

We, residents of Upper Darby Township, Pennsylvania, want our recycling service upgraded to a single-stream system, whereby plastic, paper products, cardboard, glass bottles and jars and aluminum, bi-metal and steel cans would be collected curbside from a single bin, preferably by our Township workers in Township trucks. We want to recycle more materials more easily for the betterment of our neighborhoods and the Township.
