The Thin Red Line - Director's Cut

To:  20th Century Fox and Director Terrence Malick

I, along with many others, believe “The Thin Red Line” to be a great film, arguably one of the best films of all time. We urge the makers of this film to release the original cut of the film on DVD, the one Malick originally presented to the studios before reediting for a theatrical release. Online sources tell us that the original version was almost 6 hours in length and had entire characters and storylines that were later left on the cutting-room floor.
