To:  New Jersey Politicians

Congressman Garrett
Senator Menendez
Senator Lautenberg
Governor Corzine

As residents of Pascack Valley we are greatly concerned about the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) proposed changes in Air Traffic over our homes. The proposed changes will result in a significant increase in air traffic and noise over and in our towns. We are concerned about the impact on our security and quality of life. We are concerned for our children's safety and the environment.

The "purpose and need" of the FAA study was to increase airline efficiency and reliability. Safety, security, quality of life or the environment were not considered primary objectives. It is very discouraging that so much time and money has been spent by a federal agency prioritizing airline efficiency over the safety, security and quality of life of New Jersey citizens. We implore you to do everything in your power to stop the FAA from rerouting hundreds of planes over the Pascack Valley.

Regards-
The Residents of Pascack Valley

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
