Bring Back Ellen's Acres

We, the undersigned, petition to bring the television show “Ellen’s Acres” back on your weekday broadcast schedule. We believe this show was taken off the air far too prematurely. The innovative imagery coupled with a fun, non-violent environment is precisely what preschoolers need to learn life’s valuable lessons. “Ellen’s Acres” still has a chance to attract a significant amount of viewers. For this show to not be given a fair shot at reaching its intended audience, an audience that craves for a show that awakens a child’s sense of wonder, is very short sighted. All we request of you is to give the show another chance. There aren’t too many children’s programs that can educate and entertain as wonderfully as this one does. This is the kind of show that can bring out a sense of imagination that is precious for a preschooler. We think children, as well as parents, deserve to experience what a great show “Ellen’s Acres” truly is. If Cartoon Network brings back “Ellen’s Acres”, they will prove their dedication in helping to solidify the future of quality children’s programming.
