No Running On School Grounds

This petition is a petition for the allowence of running on the school grounds of St Laurence. James Colquhoun has administered this rule dissalowing running on school grounds and when enquired why this rule has been set up he replied "it was in the publics intrest". This petition is to prove that it is not public interest.
