Petition to release OS/2 for free

To:  IBM Coporation

Dear International Business Machines Incorporated,




Your product OS/2 has been abandoned as of December twenty-third, two thousand and five. Because of the fact production ceased, perhaps you can release it to the public for free. We do not ask you to release the source of OS/2, but to release it to the general public as an alternative to other operating systems such as Windows or Operating System Ten. The cost of an operation such as this should be fairly minimal - some webspace, and a little addition to your site. Is this too much to ask, International Business Machines?
