Stop the Execution of Kevin Kincy

To:  Governor of Texas - Rick Perry

We are turning to you as we are extremely concerned about Kevin Christopher Kincy, a death row inmate at the Polunksy Unit, Livingston who has a execution date set for March 29, 2006.
Mr Kincy has been accused of a crime that was committed in which there are two eyewitnesses that can place Mr Kincy at his workplace at the time that the murder was committed.
Mr Kincy is a son, brother, father, husband and a needs a clemency hearing to prove his innocence.
We the undersigned are asking that you grant Mr Kincy clemency for this crime that he did not commit.
