Rock in Rio 2008 (Lisboa)... por um mundo melhor ... por música melhor!



Na última década e meia o mundo de música tem sofrido um decréscimo de qualidade assutador, com uma progressão cada vez maior da música descartável.



Como fruto dos novos tempos o conceito de concerto rock também se tem vindo a alterar, com uma difusão cada vez maior de festivais, muitos com fraca qualidade, dado que as bandas aparecem como que por atacado, sem grande critério e sem carisma.



Longe vão os tempos de estádios cheios com mais de 200.000 espectadores para ver uma só banda de eleição.



Pretende-se com esta petição que o próximo RIR escreva mais uma página brilhante na história do Rock. Que seja o motor para o resurgimento do fenómeno rock em grande escala.



O que propomos nesta petição é o seguinte:



1) A reedição de uma das tours mais "explosivas" de todos os tempos;

2) A concretização de uma das reuniões mais aguardadas actualmente;



Pensamos que as pretenções mencionadas só poderão ser conseguidas da seguinte forma:



1) Inclusão de Guns N' Roses e Metallica no mesmo evento, de preferência em datas muito próximas;

2) Inclusão de Velvet Revolver na abertura da noite de Guns n' Roses.



Há que haver coragem para se fazer este programa... basta isso... porque vontade já a há.... como se poderá ver nesta petição.

Rock in Rio 2008 (Lisbon)… for a better world… for better music!



In the last decade the music world has suffered a assutador decrease of quality, with a large progression of dismissable music.



As fruit of the new times the rock concert concept also has been come close to modify, with a diffusion of festivals, many with weak quality, given that the bands appear without criterion and charisma.



We are far away from when stadium's were full with more than 200,000 spectators to see one band of election.



It is intended with this petition that the next one RIR writes plus a shining page in the Rock's history. That it is the engine for the resurgimento of the large-scale rock fenomena.



What we consider in this petition is the following:



1) The new edition of one of the “most explosive” tours of all the time;

2) The concretion of one of the meetings more waited currently;



We think that the mentioned preintentions could only be obtained of the following form:



1) Inclusion of Guns N' Roses and Metallica in the same event (in very next dates);

2) Inclusion of Velvet Revolver in the opening act to Guns n' Roses.



It has that to have courage to become this program true… this is enough… because will already want it… as if it will be able to see in this petition.
