SEEKING MORAL/DIPLOMATIC SUPPORT TO STOP THE PROPOSED EXTRADITION OF MR HAIRBYAR MARRI AND FAIZ MUHAMMAD BALOCH TO PAKISTAN AND IRAN RESPECTIVELY

Respected Sir/Madam,

The undersigned call upon the Government of Great Britain, including the Prime Minister and the British Parliament, to refuse Pakistan’s request for the extradition of Mr Hairbyar Marri and Faiz Muhammad Baloch, blaming him to be involved in terrorist activities.
Arrest, kidnap and illegal detention of Baloch student/political workers and leaders by Pakistani police and intelligence agencies is a routine Business in Pakistan. After Severe mental and physical torture, they arc either made paralyzed or killed. Judiciary seems Indifferent and human right organizations helpless in this regard. As there is no independent judiciary in Pakistan and the media as well judiciary is itself under onslaught of Pakistan army and secret agencies. Therefore a fair trial of Baloch nationalist leader is possible in Pakistan. In addition to Pakistan we can see a very bad human rights record of Iran Governments towards the people of iran who ask for their basic rights.
It is therefore requested from the representatives of the free world that kindly put diplomatic and moral pressure on the government of Great Britain to stop the extradition of Mr HairByar Marri to Pakistan and Faiz Muhammad to Iran.
