dog poisoning is not a civil solution

Sappiamo che quattro cani sono stati avvelenati.E'stata sporta denuncia,comunicata alle ambasciate.Chiedo scusa per la voce "required"lasciata in bianco.Trattasi di una mia svista nella compilazione,irrilevante al fine del significato della petizione.Thanks to all the subscribers!We know that four dogs were poisoned.An "action of denunciation and complaint" was made and sent to the Emabassies.I apologize for the "required" space i left blank: it was an error,irrelevant to the meaning of the petition.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to You in order to have some explanations about the poisoning of some stray dogs which used to walk near Your hotel.
This afternoon one of these dogs has been found ,just near the entrance of the hotel ,in the worst health conditions ,trembling and showing all the typical symptoms of poisoning.
A person, a customer of Your Hotel tried to call a veterinarian and to pay for all the services but he's been persuaded clearly ,if not obliged,not to call the veterinarian to take care of the dog.The personnel of Your hotel justified this behavior by saying ,I quote from the customer's words: << this is the policy,a bit "brutal" but that's it>>.
Many stray dogs ,which were walking non so far from the hotel are dying for poisoning.
We courteously ask to You to :
give explanations for preventing today one of Your customer to call for a veterinarian on his charge ;
investigate on these poisonings of these stray dogs ;
make everything is possible to help these stray dogs which sometimes walk near the hotel itself.

Poisoning and killing stray dogs is not a civil solution to avoid stray dogs from walking around the hotel or eventually from barking,as connatural to a dog.
This is not a good example of the services Your hotel offers; this is not a good and useful publicity for Your hotel : knowing what is happening to these dogs ,people might decide to avoid being Your customer from now.

I gently ask You to collaborate to prevent other stray dogs's deaths ,investigate on what is happened and try to find a right solution for Your hotel and for these poor dogs.
I confide in Your sense of respect for life and in Your care to clear up everything.
