Noi, clientii potentialii clienti si utilizatori de iPhone din Romania apelam la aceasta cale pentru a ne arata dezacordul fata de decizia Orange de a oferi iPhone 3G doar ca parte a unui "abonament lunar" sau prelungire de abonament incepind cu 22 august 2008 si cerem schimbarea acesteia cu metode mai accesibile.

Cerem pe aceasta cale companiei Orange Romania sa ofere iPhone si pe baza de cartela pre-platita si protestam impotriva preturilor mari a abonamentelor lunare (pina la 70 euro) si a pretului mare de vanzare a unui terminal blocat in retea - pina la 609 Euro.

Multi dintre noi ne gandeam serios sa achizitionam un iPhone 3G insa preturile foarte mari anuntate sau abonamentele lunare neaccesibile ne fac sa renuntam la serviciile Orange Romania.

Vrem sa va atragem atentia si asupra faptului ca Orange Romania nu a facut publica oferta pentru iPhone 3G decit inainte cu 48 ore de lansarea oficiala. Am aprecia ca Managementul Orange Romania sa ia toate aceste detalii in considerare si sa nu isi bazeze politica sa de lucru cu potentialii sau actualii clienti pe secrete si lipsa de informatii.

We, the customers, potential customers and iPhone users would like to have Orange Romania change its decision to offer the iPhone 3G only as part of an "Account Plan" in Romania as of August 22nd 2008.

We ask Orange to provide a way for Romanian customers to purchase the iPhone as part of a pre-paid plan. We disagree with Orange’s decision to offer monthly plans as high as 70 euro and iPhone 3G with a price as high as 609 Euro.

Many of us were considering a purchase, but the high monthly plan and prices for iPhone 3G changed our minds.

Also we would like to draw your attention to the fact that Orange Romania has made the plans available to the public only 48 hours before the release date. We would appreciate if your Management Office will take these issues into consideration and will not use secrecy and lack of public information in his policies involving customers or potential customers.
