Amarante/Fox for deGM!

This petition was created for the purpose of displaying player support for the permanent deGMing of Fox, also known as Amarante.

Why We Want Amarante DeGMed:

Amarante has shown herself to be unable to handle the position of Game Master, does not understand what being a GM entails. It seems to us (the players) that she see's the GM position as a position of power and status. This is not true. As players, we ask for unbiased, capable, objective Game Masters dedicated to serving the community. Amarante has bent the rules to lash out against those she dislikes, and uses technicalities and loopholes to justify her actions. Her belief that players do not have the right to display concern and discontent with the GM team is completely unnacceptable and shows her not to be GM-worthy.

The community has several extremely capable and mature players who would do extremely well in the position of GM, and attempted to become GMs through the proper channels of application and interview. Amarante was GMed randomly, and without reason. Her flirtatious behavior with those in positions of power is untrustworthy and as players we find her not believable and not deserving of the GM position.

Amarante believes that the GM position is higher than players, when it in fact is not. GMs are persons given the ability to serve the players and protect the community. They are supposed to be able to take criticism objectively and remain polite and respectful at all times while acting as a GM. GMs serve as role-models for the players and are looked up to by the player community. Amarante is nothing but a negative role-model and malfactor to the community as a GM. We as players do not trust her or respect her decisions. We believe that she should be deGMed immediately. Her arrogant attitude, her inability to work under pressure, and her clearly-shown abuse of the system. Her alleged reason for being GM is outdated and her services (or lack thereof) are no longer needed.
