Ban of Aerosol Foam Sprays

To:  The Government of Singapore

Dear Government of Singapore,

We, the undersigned and citizens of Singapore, would like to call upon your attention to the blatant misuse of aerosol foam sprays during festive celebrations along parts of Singapore.

The abovementioned foam sprays, which are readily available for sale at a economical price, are usually bought by male foreign workers. These customers of aerosol spray then gather together in groups of around four people, and target innocent girls to spray at.

In less serious circumstances, the victims get sprayed in the face, into their eyes, breasts (if they are female), and sometimes even into their mouths.

In more serious circumstances, the victims get momentarily blinded by the thick foam, and are molested. In these cases, sadly, the molester gets away as he is gone before the victim can regain his or her vision clearly.

The police cannot do anything about it because there is currently no law against the spraying of foam.

These sprays harm the environment as well as innocent citizens of Singapore, and clearly does more harm than good.

We - males with females victims we want to protect, and females who are feeling helpless about this lawlessness - urge the government to protect us, and thus ban the use of foam spray in Singapore entirely.
