Hitman Can't Be PG-13 |
To: FoxWe, the movie-going population refuse to just sit back and watch undeserved beatings be given out by studios to films that show promise. It happened with "Ultraviolet" on a big level, and now in some sense it's happening with Xavier Gens' "Hitman." Not Fox's Hitman, Xavier's. Fox has gotten rid of Gens after seeing his Hard R cut of Hitman.
The title of the film, is Hitman. The game was rated M - Mature Audiences. So how can the game not be R? How can Hitman be PG-13? If Fox turns this into the mess that was "Live Free or Die Hard," hoping to draw a bigger audience, we have to speak up. No longer will I take it. There is a good film there, and I'm not going to let it get ruined, and then pay to see it.
Hitman is an R movie. It needs to be. Filmmakers know what they're doing. Studio execs, they like to pretend they know what will make money...
If you want our money, give us something worth spending it on... this is a chance for a good video-game to film adaptation... don't ruin it.Sincerely,
