Dear Mr.Bennett, It has come to our attention that you have purchased the the Seattle Sonics and Seattle Storm professional basketball franchises. We, the undersigned, do not wish the Sonics or Storm to leave the city of Seattle. Seattle has supported the Sonics for 40 years and would be thrilled to support it for another 40.





We the undersigned want to be assured that down the road, we will not have to endure the Oklahoma City Sonics. The Sonics have become the heart of Seattle sports and cannot be taken away from the true fans. Hopefully, this petition can show you the true number of fans the Sonics have and will have for seasons to come. Congratulations on the purchase of the Sonics and have a wonderful day!
